Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. Markets are volatile, and you can lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results. Never invest more than you can afford to lose entirely.
To begin trading, you must deposit funds into your account through our approved payment methods. The minimum deposit is $250 USD or equivalent. Deposits are processed by our broker partners and typically appear in your account within 24-48 hours, depending on the payment method.
You may withdraw available funds at any time, subject to verification requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours, though the actual time for funds to reach your account depends on your payment provider. We may require additional verification for large withdrawals or unusual activity—this protects you from unauthorized transactions.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal trading purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform without explicit written permission.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the platform, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or attribution. We appreciate user input and often incorporate it into improvements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Immediate Avage and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities.

If we terminate your account for reasons other than your breach of these terms, we'll provide reasonable notice and allow you to withdraw your funds. If termination results from your violation, we may freeze funds pending investigation.

Before pursuing formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Many issues can be solved through simple communication, and we're committed to working with you in good faith.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation. Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
